These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by L&J Commercial Services, a cleaning company located in Austin and nearby areas. By hiring or using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
L&J Commercial Services offers residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized services as agreed upon by the Client and the Company.
All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location and scope of the cleaning services.
Our cleaning professionals will arrive at the scheduled time, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to the appointment time.
We require a minimum of [24/48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you have canceled/rescheduled outside the 24/48 hour window you will be asked for a $30 payment fee.
Clients are required to add credit/debit card information to book service.
We accept payment via [credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, check.]
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service.
If the payment is not received within the day of the cleaning, the Company reserves the right to charge a late fee of $30 or take further action to collect the debt.
Prices for services will be quoted at the time of booking or as per the agreed contract. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices for services if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested.
The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any areas or items that should not be cleaned.
If pets are present, the Client must ensure they are either contained or safely removed from the cleaning area during service.
We aim to provide a high standard of service and are committed at all times. Before our team leaves, we kindly ask our clients to inspect the home to ensure they are completely satisfied with our work. If there are any areas that do not meet your expectations, we will promptly reclean those areas to ensure your satisfaction.
The Company does not guarantee complete removal of all stains or marks, particularly on items or surfaces that are already damaged or heavily worn.
Bonding and Insurance
L&J Commercial Services is fully bound and insured to ensure the protection of our clients and their property. In the event of any damage or breakage during the course of our services, we will either repair the affected item or, if repair is not feasible, replace it. Please note that insurance claims will be filed as appropriate based on the circumstances of the incident. However, damage that occurs as a result of normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy. For any questions or further clarification regarding our bonding and insurance practices, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and protection.
Confidentiality
The Company respects the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients. All information shared with us regarding the property, service details, and Client personal information will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the cleaning service.
